Language Festival

In ASBI Bogor, there was an amazing event that held in order to celebrate Language Day. The name is Language Festival. The head of this event was Mrs. Grace , ESL teacher.  The motto was ‘My Language My Style’. That was a great motto but I have my own motto that is ‘ Bahasaku Gayaku’ how dou you think guys?J

In this event, we held many competitions that ranged from Bahasa Indonesia, English, Japan and also Deutsch. That was wonderful right?

 This is the specificity of the competition:

a.      Bahasa Indonesia :

-         Musikalisasi Puisi

-         CerdasCermat Bahasa Indonesia

b.     English :

-         Debate

-         Missing Lyrics

c.      Japan:

-    Singing

-    Wall Magazine

      d. Deutsch:

          -    Singing

          -    Short Movie

 The last was very special because it was the main competition that was held. The name is Language Ambassador. The function of this is if there is a special guess especially foreign guess, so school will call them as a guide.

Could you imagine that it was a spectacular event?

This event begun at 8 a.m. until 23.00 p.m . Intentionally, there was no school time only to hold this event,  Language Festival. Every student must participate unless they only became supporters.

I am as one of the ASBI’s student always think how creative we are. We are not stuck in the moment to enjoy the challenge. We were trying to be innovative, creative and make a unique thing. I really proud with ourselves.

Could you guess what? After this event, my school has a program that is English environment. It is held in Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.We must speak in English all the time except in bed room and Mushola. There is a consequence if we do not obey the rule. We are not allowed to go ouside dormitory area. Hu... L  maap baru di post J
